We start with a 20-minute conversation to understand the problem. That same day, we present automation demos and begin testing in your company’s real environment. You also receive a usage guide. The demos show solutions that can connect to existing systems or become part of a new system we can build for you. Discovery, demos, testing, and the guide are free, with no obligation to purchase further work.

Do I need to understand AI or choose the technology?

No. Bring the process you want to improve and your business goals. OrionLab handles the AI models, technology, and integrations. Your team takes part in validation and decides what brings value to your operations.

What about timing and budget?

Discovery, initial demos, testing in your real environment, and the usage guide are free. After that stage, we prepare a proposal tailored to your company, with hourly or monthly billing. You receive the scope, timeline, and price before deciding whether to proceed.

What happens after launch?

Delivery includes documentation and guidance so your team can use the solution. Monthly support covers maintenance, new automations, and updates to AI integrations, based on the priorities and scope agreed with your company.
